Autoservizi Acierno began in the early 1900s, when the citizens of Baiano still could not afford to travel on their own vehicles and needed an accurate and reliable transport service. The terms of the service offered by the company have never changed over time: punctuality, professionalism and respect for the customer are the cornerstones of our historic company's work.
It wishes to offer customers a pleasant, safe and punctual service, always remaining at the disposal of travellers and listening carefully to their suggestions and observations. It promotes a mobility charter, through which it conveys its philosophy and the rules observed by its experienced staff.
Principles of the transport service
Autoservizi Acierno di Baiano undertakes to comply with the directives issued by the President of the Council of Ministers, who issued the mobility charter on 27 January 1994.
This imposes a number of obligations on companies and companies operating in the transport and mobility sector.
The Baiano company promotes and follows all the rules expressed in the mobility charter, offering a service that is:
- effective and efficient, aimed at continuously improving quality standards to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
- impartial and equal for all citizens, as the service is provided to all types of people without distinction of race, sex, nationality, opinion, language or religion. The company also provides vehicles equipped to transport the elderly, disabled and persons with mobility difficulties, guaranteeing equal treatment to all travellers and the same conditions of service;
- open to communication with users, who are invited to participate in improving the work of the company, addressing issues and problems related to the service or any doubts about the mobility charter;
- continuous, in that transport is provided on a regular basis, except for interruptions caused by force majeure, guaranteeing a replacement service in cases where interruptions are planned or there are other needs. In the event of strikes or other problems, Autoservizi Acierno informs users of route changes in full compliance with the mobility charter.
