  • What is prohibited?

    It is strictly forbidden to transport dangerous goods, explosive, flammable materials, liquids in general, pets weighing more than 10 kg

  • Is it possible to buy tickets on board the bus?

    Ordinarily, the passenger is required to obtain a ticket on the ground. Exceptionally, tickets may be issued on board at no extra charge. 

  • What is the passenger required to check before travelling?

    Must check the date of the journey, the time, the departure stop and the arrival stop.

    You must arrive at the departure stop at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • What should the passenger do during the journey?

    Remain seated when the bus is in motion.

    Do not smoke (including electronic cigarettes).

    Do not consume alcohol.

    Respect parking time 

    If requested by the on-board staff, show proof of identity in the case of age-discounted tickets.

  • Can minors be carried?

    Minors between 14 and 18 years of age may be transported subject to parental authorisation.

    The minor travels seated and wearing the seat belt on the bus; the seat must be owned by the parent/ carer.

  • How much luggage can you carry?

    In addition to the hand luggage (dimensions 40x30x15 cm) to be stowed in the overhead compartment, each passenger may carry two additional pieces of luggage, each with a maximum size of 140 cm (length - depth - width) and weighing 12 kg.

  • Is it possible to change the travel date?

     For full fare purchases made online, it is possible to change the date or time of the journey up to 30 minutes before departure directly from the user area by paying the requested fee on the same route.

    For full-fare purchases made at the office or on board the bus, the change can only be requested by telephone during office hours (excluding Saturday afternoons and Sundays), paying the amount requested directly on board the bus.

    For tickets with the same-day round-trip discount, only hourly change is permitted. 

  • Is it possible to reimburse the ticket?

    You can apply for reimbursement according to the terms and conditions of travel by sending an e-mail to info@acierno.com.
